Summary of Physical Education activities

Reception – Y6 (All on Google classroom)

Expectation: to complete 1 hr of exercise a day

A typical day might include: PE lesson (15mins-30mins),
Daily workout (15mins-30mins)
3 activities from PE timetable (30mins-1hr) completed indoors or outside.

Daily PE Lesson:
A specific age-related PE lesson (video) will be uploaded on Google Classroom every day for your child to complete.

Beat the teacher:
Daily challenges to try and re-create and beat the teacher in whichever activity is undertaken.

PE from Home Timetable:
Complete 3 of the activities on the specific days, change it up each week. All activities explained below timetable

Year Group Challenges:
Upload & record your running, cycling, steps and minutes of exercise on a daily basis adding miles/time onto the Edexcel sheet.
Following house points available:
1st Place-60 House points,
2nd Place- 30 House Points,
3rd Place- 20 House Points.
