‘I started at Sancton Wood at the tender age of 3 and stayed until I was 16, acquiring the position of Head Girl in my final year. Growing up at Sancton Wood, in its caring and nurturing environment provided me with very fond memories. What I loved the most during my time here was getting to know everyone at the school due to the intimate class sizes and integrated ethos, making you feel like you are part of a large family.
Aside from the clear academic achievements that Sancton Wood has equipped me with, this school developed my independence and instilled in me a passion to learn, be creative and thrive at anything I do through hard work and determination.
I continued my education at Hills Road Sixth Form College and after a gap year of travelling the world, I secured a place at the top UK Russell Group University for my course; Media, Communication and Cultural Studies at Newcastle. I now feel ready to take on the challenges that the next chapter of my life will encounter and I firmly believe Sancton Wood has been key to this, developing my personality, good morals and self-belief throughout my time there.’
